Zachary Coffin

Zachary Coffin ("Zack") is an American actor and writer living in Los Angeles and Mumbai, and working internationally. He has lived, worked & traveled in nearly 35 countries. Zack was formally trained in acting at the Stella Adler Acting Studio in New York, and received a B.A. with High Honours from Columbia University and an M.F.A. in Film Production from the School of Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California. In India, he began as a stage actor performing at Prithvi Theatre and NCPA in Mumbai, and then toured the country with the award-winning play 'Baghdad Wedding', which won the national META award for Best Play and Best Ensemble. He got good notice in his first Indian movie as the German Boxing Coach in Mary Kom (2014) (Viacom18), and subsequently was cast to play the 'gora shaitaan' Greyerson in the Hindi TV serial MahaKumbh (2014) (LifeOK) and later several characters from the series Stories by Rabindranath Tagore (2015) (Netflix). He has worked in film, TV, theatre, digital and ads in English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, French and Spanish -- in India and the West. Though he's often seen playing the "#EvilWhiteGuy" -- notably as the British Football Coach in Housefull 3 (2016) (Eros) or as Lord Jackson in the Tamil hit Jackson Durai (2016) (Sun) -- Zack enjoys every opportunity for a good laugh and is delighted to be doing comedies - in digital series such as Die Trying (2018) (Amazon) and Going Viral Pvt. Ltd. (2017) (Amazon) as well as on stage touring with the hit play 'Last Over'. Zack most recently can be seen in the shows Chandrashekhar (2018) (Star Bharat), Bose: Dead/Alive (2017) (ALT Balaji) andInside Edge (2017) (Amazon); and the movies Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran (John Abraham Entertainment), A Gentleman (Fox) and Tiger Zinda Hai (2017) (Yash Raj).

Zachary Golinger is a Screen Actor's Guild Award-nominated and critically acclaimed actor best known for his roles as the pivotal character "John" in the final season of the multiple Emmy Award-winning HBO show, Barry, and as the emotive "Young Danny" (and his 'twin brother' Adam) in Apple TV+'s new thriller, The Crowded Room, where he stars alongside Tom Holland, Amanda Seyfried and Emmy Rossum. Zachary has earned praise from major media critics for his "impressive" and "preternatural" acting talents. He previously guest starred in the network television shows, Blue Bloods (CBS), New Amsterdam (NBC) and Evil (CBS/Paramount), and he first graced the big screen in the Paramount Pictures blockbuster, A Quiet Place: Part II, playing the befallen son of actor Cillian Murphy's lead character, "Emmett". Even before he had filmed under the direction of John Krasinski and worked alongside such renowned actors as Emily Blunt and Cillian Murphy, when he was only 6 years old, Zachary booked his first film role as "Marty Haft" on the Holocaust-biopic "The Survivor" directed by Oscar Award-winning director Barry Levinson and starring Ben Foster (released on HBO in 2022). Filmed in Budapest, New York City and Tybee Island, the process inspired Zachary to not only continue working as an actor, but to also create his own films as a writer and director. Zachary is also a working voiceover actor, voicing the beloved Paw Patrol character "Rex" for games and toys, along with other voiceover work. In addition to acting, Zachary is an avid writer of fiction stories, and he aspires to eventually write and direct his own feature films. Zachary also enjoys coding and creating his own games, and he is keenly interested in astrophysics and space travel. Zachary was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award in 2024 for his role on Barry.
