Matt grew up in Pasadena, CA. He attended the L.A. County High School for the ARTS. Meanwhile, he spent time at the Magic Castle, Hollywood, with his magician father (aka - Mr. Magic). The remainder of his adolescence was spent rock climbing, river rafting and hanging out with skydivers and base jumpers. Matt attended Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey's Clown College under the guidance of his uncle, Jon Weiss, who's known for being shot out a cannon with Ringling and The Amazing Race (2001). Matt graduated from Stephens College for Women, as one of twelve male apprentices. He is a founding member of The Living Room Theatre and Fishtank Performance Studio in Kansas City, MO. He was Sherlock Holmes' photo double on CBS's, 'Elementary', for the first 3 seasons. Now, Matt splits his time between coasts flying around in helicopters as a Photojournalist and Aerial Cinematographer while waiting for the next acting job. LA & NY based.
