Grace Lily Song was born in Los Angeles, California and she played golf competitively in high school. She has trained at The Lee Strasberg Institute in New York City, Stonestreet Studios, and Upright Citizens Brigade (in Los Angeles and New York). She published her first play "Friday Night" in 2014 in the Louisville Review.
