Alwyn Uytingco was born in Feb 11, 1988 in Marikina City. Oldest son of four children of Ringo and Lisa, he was discovered as kid talent for advertisements at the young age of 5 years old. After several years of acting for TV commercials and print ads, he was discovered by talent agents and became a part of the cast for "Ang TV", a youth-oriented comedy show produced by ABS-CBN TV station. Since then, he started acting for different movies and TV series. Recently, Alwyn has won his first Best Acting Award from his performance in Asuang(2018) as part of Cinema One Originals 2018 International Film Festival. He now directs, produces and writes his personal projects ranging from full-length films, short films, music videos and documentaries. Alwyn is married to Filipino actress Jennica Garcia-Uytingco with two daughters, Athena Mori and Alexis Severina.
